The Marriage Maker is a bespoke, confidential matchmaking service offering personalised introductions with the intention of marriage. Our services are tailored to each individual and delivered with professionalism, discretion, and care.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

3. Registration & Membership Fees

A £100 registration fee is payable upon sign-up.

This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

A monthly membership fee of £31 applies and is billed in advance.

Payment of fees confirms your place and initiates service preparation and allocation.
All fees are clearly communicated prior to payment.
4. Non-Refund Policy

All registration and membership fees are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or change of personal circumstances.

Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable law.
5. Nature of the Service

Introductions are based on information provided by clients and professional assessment.

We do not guarantee a match, relationship, engagement, or marriage.

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Notify us of any changes to your circumstances

Conduct yourself respectfully towards other members

Maintain confidentiality regarding introductions and other clients
Any misuse of the service may result in termination without refund.
7. Vetting & Due Diligence

All clients are subject to a vetting and verification process.

While reasonable checks are undertaken, The Marriage Maker cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by clients.

Clients are responsible for exercising personal judgment when meeting introductions.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy

Client information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
9. Introductions & Communication

Introductions are made at our discretion and based on suitability.

The number and frequency of introductions are not guaranteed.

10. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if:
